As in the title. Life-seeded civic seems to work fine when you manually design an empire, but when you randomly generate one which has Life-seeded, you start on a non-Gaia planet, while your pops still have the Gaia Preference, giving them poor habitability.
Bug with a potential for an extra-hard mode challenge.
