BUG: Liberian Flag?!

Liberian Flag?!

This is a very simple thing, but it is awful annoying.

The Liberian flag and the Liberian shield do not match. Their shield is much like the US. Their flag however, is Red, Black, and Green with some white thing in the middle.

It would be very easy to fix.

Yes, Liberia uses the flag of "lby" and not "lib".
