[BUG] Landfills not emptying

I have a bunch of landfills that won't empty even when I have sufficient incinerators nearby and no traffic issues between them.
I have a decent over capacity of incinerators to handle the city needs and landfill emptying.
The landfill trucks in use flicks constantly between 0/15 and 1/15 in use, but no trucks are seen entering or leaving the facility.
I now have 7 landfills that can't empty and thus I can't delete them and reuse the space for something else.

AFAIK, landfills can't be "empted", they just transfer the garbage to another landfill.

Worked for me in my first game. I managed to empty all my landfills into incinerators and then delete the landfills.

It's not working in this game and I tested by building a new landfill and the old one still isn't emptying into it.

there is an almost identic issue.

fire departments right next to the burning house and no one helps them... 0/21 fire department cars in use. this things make me very sad.

I had a similar question; Why when my incinerator capacity is 100k over garbage production my landfills keep filling up. :/

I can see this being game breaking...

Think I figured it out, you have to click the "empty to another facility" button when you highlight the landfill.

I followed the trucks and they take it to incinerators! Happy days.
