Got the version of the L-Cluster that has the L-Gate builder faction. They give me the "Dessanu Gift" bonus. It does nothing. No associated bonuses are listed. I believe this has to do with the rework of the Strategic Resources system. Place this on the stack of "quest chain rewards that 2.2 broke" bugs.
