popup dialogs interfer, no tool tips
Version 1.05, English (UK), single player, WinXP (home).
With one dialog popup (Governor upgrade*) active, an event dialog appeared over it.
The tool tips (floating messages over the option buttons) would not appear on the event dialog. The first dialog could not be selected.
This happened twice, with a governor upgrade dialog in both cases (different events).
Not terribly serious, but I had no way of knowing what the consequences of the event where, or what options I had!
*) I think it was governor u/g. The town u/g at ~tech5 costing ~50? Had a lot of them to do...
As a rider; EUII could do with a better window manager for these dialog boxes. Having a flurry of events happen results in them being stacked, so that the top one is the last event -- user receives information in reverse order that it occured!
Having them appear at the back of the stack would be preferable (IMHO). Though allowing a dialog to spawn a new one in its place (at top of stack) should be allowed.
Also, wouldnt hurt to collect multiple stability loss dialogs into one (though could just turn those off).
