Jungle terrain

According to others who did the legwork:

I tested Infantry vs infantry, armor vs armor, and infantry vs armor. I took a savegame and edited it using a word processor.

I varied whatever terrain modifier I was testing. Except for jungle_attack and jungle_defense the effectivity% that is shown with the combat box tooltip would change whenever I changed the terrain modifier.

Whenever I edited the other terrain modifiers (like hills) I could see the exact change in the tooltip. For example when combat was in a "desert" province and I changed Infantry desert_attack from -10 to +10, I could see the attacking infantry unit's effectivity rise fby 20%.

For some reason no matter what I did with the jungle_attack and jungle_defense modifiers there was no change in the effectivity%. Also, the combat results were as if the units were fighting in a clear province.

So, it seems jungle terrain is not WAD?
