Japan has no convoys set-up for any of the outlying islands. setup requires 20+ separate convoys (39 scenario)
failure to do so =
play is ok until china is done, and you attept to dow another country, around 1940 june. All of your garrissons die due to lack of supply.
Either this is a MEGA map bug (NOT), as these Islands would be reachable by units w/o transport otherwise, or this is a setup bug in the japan file (yes). Can this be fixed in 1.05 ???
