italian battleships
I appreciate that the Battleship tech chart is a simplification but the Italians already had 380mm gun 30 knot Battleships building at 1/1/36 as follows:
Italy Littorio and Vittorio Veneto laid down Oct 34
It therefore seems unhistorical not to let them have the Improved Battleship technology at 1/1/36.
The Guilio Cesare, Conte di Cavour, Caio Duilio and Andrea Doria should all be at least 150mm Battleships (presumably 300mm is meant) as they were 300mm Dreadnoughts BEFORE reconstruction (this was already completed at 1/1/36 for the first two). Actual main armament became 320mm.
