Not sure if this issue is unique to Specialist Satoshi but when I am trying to gather Research Points using him, the game is utilizing (at least as far as what it is displaying on the screen anyway) his Scavenge skill and not his Research skill.

This is a known issue! The specialists gather the points with research skill, but the overlay info is wrong. We'll get this fixed
