What happens is that inmates (mainly my supermax) will go to their cells and try reading a book but will get stuck in an infinite loop of attempting to read the book then relaxing of course this results in an infinite loop nothing seems to break them from this loop other than them spoiling/rioting and it causes unusually high needs, in this bug report I have attached a picture and video of said issue, any support would be great.
