Hey, i am experiencing a bug in the game. When i place down pipes, cables or build a passage, they disappear if i enter the underground before they are build. Anyone else have this issue?

Yep! Had the same issue. Related to world-switching:
-Buildings that are disabled during the night are giving 'No power warning' instead.
-If a passage construction is removed as you described by world-switching, then the domes stay isolated with electricity/water/oxygen even when a proper passage is then built
