In same war against and with eachother?

someone has to explain this to me. Genoa and Milan were in the same alliance against another country. After a few year, milan left that alliance and joined another, so that they are now in a war WITH genoa, and against GENOA at the same time. Milan moved into the province of GENOA and, though there was a Genoese army there, didn't face conflict, but still besieged the province...

this one has been reported already methink... if not in bugzilla, at the very least, someone posted something to that effect in the beta forum... (or somewhere else, I just don't remember, but I've seen it described...)
