Hi. I found text bug in EU 4.

Right pronunciation is Kyiv, not kiev.

Why paradox support russian terrorism and their game historically incorrect?

First, this is not a bug. This is a historical accuracy suggestion - specifically, the proper language and transliteration of said language for place names in certain parts of Eastern Europe. Leaving aside the litigation of that question (see below), that belongs in the suggestions subforum (and were it a bug, it would go in the bug reports subforum).

Second, it's important to make sure you are not being repetitive on the forum - here is a broader thread that covers your same point from a week ago. Similar threads have cropped up in the CK3 forums dating back to February. It is safe to assume Paradox is aware of the issue and its implications.

but i do think they want things like this e.g. spelling errors, to go into bug reports so they can track them there

It's always be Kyiv
No, look at how many more results there are for kievan rus than kyivan rus.
Kiev also easier for an English reader to guess pronunciation for than Kyiv
Key ev vs keev

They changed it in ck3 even if you have russian culture but thankfully eu4 has yet to adopt the silliness
