Bug in Colonization

Hi, I think my EU3 has a problem, in a game when i start colonization in a province (Near or Not), the time to the colonist arrive is absurd (Not matters the Tech Level that I have), exceeds 200,000 days, and i don't know how to fix this. Please, help me.

PS: I have the Unlimited Time Mod. (I don't know if influence into something);
PS²: I'm sorry for my poor English.

I think I read about something similar in the bug forum, so if you register your game and ask your question there and since your using a mod in that forum as well they will be better able to assist you.
