Germany gets control of the Vichy fleet?

Ok I had some WEIRD events happen. One is after the creation of Vichy something came up said I handed Vichy some territory and they joined the alliance. I guess thats ok! Then I saved the game restarted it and I would say 90% of the Vichy fleet was now marked German and I had control of it. In addition the following areas where marked as German territory

French Indo-China
Syria

Which I thought was extremely weird. So now the Germans have the Aircraft Carrier Bearn (umm wasn't this interened by the US goverment?) in addition to the majority of the Vichy navy. Also the phantom Free French units that pop up all over france when I loaded teh saved game managed to take back half of Vichy till I sent Germans in there to take them out.

This is with patch 1.03

Errr weird. Navies have a chance of diverting to the enemy. But seeing this is Vichy & Germany, it seems quite weird

Yea I can send you teh saved game

when I get home tonight. It is the same Saved Game with the Phantom Free French units in Vichy. You will see some territories that are suppose to be Vichy are now german cause I took them from the French who just poped up after reloading a saved game. It also has French Ships who are now german. Check out my new Air Craft Carrier in the Baltic
