Only "major nations" give "rose to the throne" messages
I noticed finally that as a holdover of the concept of "major nations", one problem is that only they log a "so-and-so rose to the throne" message. While I realize getting monarchy alert pop-ups from every nation you know could be quite spammy, I would at the very least like to see them logged in the history file. Currently that does not seem possible?
I guess this is part enhancement request and part bug. (It may have been intended that only the majors get announced by default, but I don't think it was intended that there was no way to have them all be logged.)
