Golden Horde missing some known provinces

Golden Horde starts with Muscowy, Ryazan, and Suzdal as vassals... but it can't even see them on the map! Seems to me they should at least know those territories.

Similarly, the vassals should probably know each-other's territory too. (Sibir knows some of them but not all.)

This is just in the GC, right. OK, all those vassals now know all of each other's provinces, and STE knows all of its vassals' provinces. Thanks.

Thanks. Beta-testers should definitely see what effect this has; it makes sense but we have to be careful it doesn't lead to some unrealistic territorial changes.

They all have modest CB province lists, I doubt it will make much differnce.
