Negative Army Strength in Division

It is 1862, I'm playing as Prussia. I loaded a couple divisions onto some transports and sent them off the coast of the CSA. My intention was to lend them some troops to fight the Union. After some diplomatic swaggering I couldn't get them to agree to military access (I wanted to drop the troops off FIRST, then give them as an Expeditionary Force). So I ended up giving the CSA my ships off their coast. Well, once they got my ships my troops landed in the CSA but were still under my command. So I tried giving them again as Exp. Force, but they still remained in my command. After this I clicked on the fist to reinforce both divisions to full strength and the first division "reinforced" to -39989 strength! Also, if I click on any of the divisions it takes me to the Army screen that shows all my divisions, how many are mobilized, etc.

When you have given an army as an expeditionary force, you can still give it orders - as can the nation you are lending it to. However, you will notice a small "return control to owner" at the bottom of the army-panel.

Reinforcing expedition forces draw manpower from the nation you have lent them to, not your own nation, in 1.01. This leads to the bug you have experienced when the nation has negative manpower.
