Mods used:

1.) Glavius AI test version

2.) Egalitarian faction robot migration fix

3.) Stratified society faction fix [paraphrased name]

4.) Realistic population demographics

5.). Quadrants Fixed

But it doesn't seem like any of these mods would cause such an interaction. but who knows.

I was in control of my Federation, and I upgraded the ships to new designs (I was also Federation president), and when it finished, I gained control of all the upgraded Federation ships. Not the control that the Federation president (which I was) automatically has either. The upgraded fleet now belonging to my own empire personally - not being a Federation asset anymore. And leaving me on the hook for its maintenance cost. And costing me naval capacity usage.

Just wanted to mention this so that perhaps it could be fixed. Sorry for forgetting to mention it on earlier threads.
