I was unaware Fevruary ever had 30 days.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but all months have 30 days in Paradox games.

Perhaps it's easier to code if each game month is 30 days? I to was surprised when i saw february 30.

It actually had 30 but only displayed 28. This change makes things clearer.
