I just had the event where some pop get Xenophile, which caused the two other factions I had until then to instantly disappear. This included my "loyalist" faction and the new faction has fewer members than the old ones combined.
The loyalists got founded again pretty quickly, but they shouldnt have disappeared completely from the list. Now the egalitarians are missing.
I do not have Utopia installed.
