Bug: Energy Grid costing energy in place of giving

Greetings,

I just began my first Utopia game, and after building the energy grid building (the one who give +10% energy), in place of giving me 4 energy, it cost me 4.

I will try to quit and reload to see if it auto-correct.

Hi again !

After having build a Power plant I and done some gaming, replacing another population on the energy grid to check seems to correct the problem. I was colonising a planet when the bug happened.
