[Bug] Egalitarian Faction/Robot Rights

There is an issue with the Egalitarian faction when robot rights are set to AI Rights instead of servitude when there are only robots/droids available, in which the faction regards these robots as sapient and treat their lack of migration rights as a negative to their approval, despite it being impossible for these robots to be given those rights. Switching back to servitude though fixes it, but it's an odd condition. Either robots/droids cannot have the policy change to AI rights until Synths are available or the Egalitarians need to ignore them until they become synths.

I think this is an old bug that came back to life under a different skin. Hopefully it gets fixed soon or I think there will be very little incentive to play as egal materialist...
