Every time I start a new prison, my stats show, that I have two (2) Deaths in Custody already. I definitely had no dead staff members, and I just hired prisoners and ten of them have been released, so I finally see the compiled stats in game.

Can anyone confirm this?

I think I figured it out: it happens if the truck drivers of the prison coverage plan are hit by lightning.

And I found another bug: if the truck driver is just injured, he will leave the truck and travel around the map forever - at least until the next blizzard kills him.
