Bug - Court bloat

If I invite a lady to my court and then marry them off to a courtier, while the bell pings if I then appoint the courtier to a landed position, the ladies (and their children) remain in my court, casuing bloat and reduced fertility among my vassals.

I cannot imagine that this is WAD, but it would be nice to hear a yea or nay. What are these women doing at my court and how is anyone having children unless the fertility penalty for overly large courts has been removed or amended?

Upon further investigation, I find this happens with secondary wives only. The primary wife goes with her husband, the rest remain behind at my court. FYI.

To reproduce: invite a few ladies to marry a man of your court. Then send him off to rule a county.
