Not sure if this has been brought up, couldn't see a thread for it.
Was playing the French today, 1936 Scenario, 1.04 English, no mods and after around 1937 I could not change french commanders. The screen became really jerky, the scroll bar would move up and down randomly and even if I clicked on a Commander he would not change.
Haven't had this problem before with any other nation.
