Quite a few bugs actually. Some presentational, other logical.
Civil War broke out while Castille had no heir, so one option was 'Support No Heir...'
I chose the other option, to support the Aragonese candidate, yet all the rebels had a flag that they are friendly to Portugal. The noble rebels (that are supposed to rise in the 4th province) spawned in Fez, which was only recently annexed and not even a core yet. Not to mention that it's in Africa.
Immediately after this, I got the Consort Event where the King married Isabel de Haro from a Cantabrian aristocrat family. However, supporting Aragonese candidate was supposed to install an Aragonese heir.
Aragonese Involvent mentions a support for Pro-Portuguese faction, when actually an Aragonese heir is supported.
Soon after the Civil War ended, by defeating all the rebels, Iberian Wedding happened where Aragon became a lesser part in a union with Castille. With the Castillan heir being from Aragonese dynasty, I would always have expected that Castille would become the lesser partner.
One other thing. I don't think a Civil War should be allowed to start while at war. But this may be very subjective, since I lost half a land to France because of Civil War breaking out while I was at war with a fierce rival of France. An unlucky defeat made my armies retreat to Fez, and in the middle of retreat Fez was occupied by noble rebels from Civil War disaster. Needless to say, that was the end of my fighting chance against France. I mentioned that the Civil War ended by defeating the rebels, it was actually France and her allies that did the defeating.
