Capital appearing twice in convoy window

This is as Italy, in a 3 player multiplayer game. Italy was the host.

I can't open rar mysteriously and most of the time use either WinZip or WinAce. (Winace should be able to open rar too, but it doesn't...)

Get WinRAR then. Better than WinACE IMHO.
