When I try to declare war on, for example, the HRE or the Seljuks, my game lags horribly. This begins when I click "declare war" and access the CB list, and it won't let me declare war even if I spamclick Send. I've looked at Task Manager while this happens and my RAM consumption skyrockets. Has anyone had this happen to them? I am playing in an admittedly shitty laptop, toshiba sattelite. Thanks in advance
