Bug? Call to arms of subjects

Sorry for this question that concerns an old patch (1.21).

Here is the situation: I dow the OE and my vassal + 2 of my CN do not join. Only California is called. The reason is probably that they still have a truce with the OE for a few days (California was formed after the previous war against the OE). End of truce was normally in January, but it ended in december and I dowed the OE immediately in order to prevent them from entering into a coalition. I know that different truces timers can happen with allies, but this is not a problem as you can call them manually later, but this is the first time that I see that with subjects.
So is there a known bug?

Truce should not matter for subject CTA at all, only scutage.

I don't think it's a matter of truce? You can pull in subjects even if you truce break 1 month after making peace typically.

Truce shouldn't matter.

The way you describe it sounds like a bug.

My suggestion is take it to the bug report forum, with screenshots and a savegame if possible.

Well, maybe my interpretation was false. It was the only possible reason I found.

They are here in the war against Russia

But not in the other war...
