Sorry if this has been fixed in 1.01 but here it goes:

- when selecting page 33 (building summary) in the statistics book by right clicking, it sends the person to page 34 (history)
- Portugal starts with an army in Tangiers in 1419 but has to start leaving the province to actually besiege Tangiers (clicking on Fez for a day and cancelling the movement works well enough)

And the wish for 1.02: An ability to burn own colonies/tps...

Thanks!

And why would you want to burn your own people to death?
Bad ruler, bad ruler, you no good, the people won't like you...

But hey, lots of people were burned in those days so perhaps it isn't such a bad idea after all :D

I always secretly wished for this feature since EU1.

The ability to burn and abandon your own TPs and colonies can be a VERY USEFUL TACTIC, especially when you are trying to consolidate your empire, when you are retreating from a certain region, and you do not wish for your former colonies and TPs to fall into the hands of your enemies.

I think it's historical to be able to abandon your own colonies/trading posts. Brandenburg/Prussia had a colony for a while, but they abandoned it because it wasn't a profitable venture.

The thing is, in EU colonies and trading posts are ALWAYS profitable ventures.

Anyway, I support the abandon colony/tp for tactical purposes (don't fall on enemy hands)

Thanks!

It's a tad annoying, but when you get to page 33, just click the manual forward/backward arrows instead of using the rightclick way. :)

Though you prolly figured that one already.

Yeah, but it means another country must declare war, or grab it in a allied war against you. For example, the colony of the dutch in recife was abandoned due to mostly logistics problems (they won several battles against the Portuguese). The option isn't bad..
