Playing as Ternate that converted to Alcheringa. I've unlocked all the other 12 cults by getting the requirements to cause the events to fire. The only problem is, even after getting all the other cults, the event to unlock the Rainbow Serpent won't fire. Looking in the event file for Alcheringa, it says you need to 'unlock' 12 cults to fire the Rainbow Serpent event. I believe the problem is that you can only 'unlock' 9 cults, as the other 3 are the base cults you start out with anyways. Testing this, I changed the number of 'unlocked' cults needed to fire the Rainbow Serpent event to 9, reloaded the game, and it fired right away. Further testing showed that changing it to 10 or 11 'unlocked' cults did nothing.
