[Bug] Ai can Drill without CoC DLC

I only check the morale of armies but they probably get the rest of the benefits too.

How do you know they are drilling? I ask because you mention morale which leads me to think that the reason you believe they are drilling is that they are at low morale. In that case it would be because the AI has turned off its army maintenance to save money.

15% of morale is from defence idea group

As dimadox said, +15% morale from "Army Drill" is from the 2nd defensive idea. The CoC army drill doesn't give any morale afaik.
