Bug 50% research doctrine bonus

I start both land and naval doctrine research on 20-11-1938. Both doctrines use a 50% making the land doctrine cost 75 days and naval 64 days. 22-11-1938, the land doctrine now has 222 days to go and the naval doctrine 161.

So Am I the only one experiencing math problems with the HOI4 engine?

it happens when u save the game (same day) after u start to research a technologie with 50% Bonus, same with design companies or diplomatic actions like joining the allies (start the war against for example luxenburg and saving, reload then and defeat them, they didnt join the allies and u will get the land without resistance)
if u reload the file to continue the game, the boni disappeared.

since hoi3, 6, 8? years and still the same bug in your save engine
