Detox is *really* weak right now. There is no practical reason to pick it over Void Dwellers if you really want to go ham on colonization. This is why I propose the following changes:
Detox: enables terraforming of Toxic Worlds into habitable worlds. When combined with the World Shaper, Machine Worlds, or Hive Worlds ascension perks, gain the "Atmospheric Stabilization" planetary decision.
'Atmospheric Stabilization' planetary decision: apply the Terraforming Candidate modifier on a Frozen/Barren/Molten world. Requires 1,800 days, 150 influence, 10,000 energy, 500 exotic gas, 500 volatile motes, 500 rare crystals
Detox will now allow you to live out our fantasies of terraforming habitable worlds from dead worlds, making it a much more viable pick for empires going tall.
