Budget price?

I checked some webshops to see if they had the game avaliabel for preorder,
Out the three I checked only gamesmix had it.

I have read that Two Thrones is supposed to cost $20. With the current exchange rate according to XE that's 140NOK.

The price on the webpage is 349NOK or $50.

Is it really supposed to be that expensive?

299 afaik is standard budget price in sweden for new budget titles, while 549 is what you pay for mainstream games.
