I just ran across something quite weird. In order to unlock one of the unique buildings I had to reduce my taxes to 4% for 20 weeks. This led to my balance being -200,000c per week. Then as 20 weeks passed I went back to my original tax %. What happened then was that my balance was almost +200,000c per week. My budget showed my income go 200,000c above what it should have been when you add the income from C,R,O,I.

I know the balance is calculated weekly but I did actually receive more credits while the total income was going down back to what it should actually be when you add up tax income from zones.
