It's a small suggestion, but Buddhist priests/uphadayas should not only have their heads shaved, but should definitely not be wearing jewelry as well.
The problem here is that the way Buddhist monastics are depicted in-game are very inaccurate, since both of these (wearing jewelry and having non-shaved heads for both genders) directly violates the rite of ordination (pabbajjā) and the rules set in the vinaya. There's not any sect of Buddhism that lets monks or ordained people do this.
Their appearance back in CK2 was pretty accurate, so I have faith that the uphadayas in CK3 could also reflect this accuracy.
