I've got this message 55 minutes after the game crash. Can someone help me with this

Blue screen ? Weird..well your sound drivers are from 2009. You should try to find an update to this. Other than that i have no idea. AndrewT (the Techforum mod) might have one though.

Blue screens are Windows, driver or hardware faults, always. If you have any kind of support arrangement with MS you can take a full crash dump and have them analyse it.

I will try download the latest drivers for my sound card first. If any issues rise then I will do the drivers for the geforce card.

Did you apply the video driver I linked? Because it is dated 1 July, but that new dxdiag you posted has the driver from February.

Also go to the Windows Update site and allow it to apply all updates and patches it wants to.

When you get the BSOD, before restarting can you photograph or write down everything on the screen? Usually it will call out specific module names, which we're not seeing on that problem signature data.

I would expect so, but you really should be getting professional help here. Windows can be set up to take a full system dump when a BSOD happens, not just the mini-dump you have, and that dump can be analysed by MS or other experts to determine the true cause.

If you can post a photo of the actual BSOD we might see some module names and other helpful info.

I believe I have found out the cause of my problem. Have you heard of Dxgkrnl.sys, from the report of Blue Screen View (free application) Dxgkrnl.sys is the cause.

I haven't, but google tells me its a "Microsoft DirectX system driver file". If you patched your Windows up to date, as I suggested, I doubt it's a bug in that module. Conceivably it's corrupted I suppose. If you have access to another machine with the same Windows version, you could copy just that file across.

Searching for Dxgkrnl.sys BSOD there are all sorts of causes, from insufficient power to the video card, to a driver bug, to overheating. I think all that's really saying is that there's a hardware or software fault in the video area, which we knew already.

The power of the graphics card is irrelevant to this question - Dxgkrnl.sys will be the identical file on the same version of Windows anywhere.

Dxdiag, that you've already run, IS the "DirectX Diagnostic Tool from Microsoft" that you mention. By all means go to each tab in it and run the tests there, I'm going to bet it doesn't find any DirectX problems. You could I suppose confirm you have the very latest DirectX 9.0c sub-version: go to http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35 (If that doesn't do anything then http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=8109 )

Hyperthreading? Completely irrelevant; did you look up the wikipedia article on that? All it means is that a single-core CPU can pretend to be a dual-core one; it's a fairly old idea and rather quaint in these days of genuine multi-core CPUs. Even if that was an issue, it would NOT be causing the game crash you see, just that the game would run more slowly than it potentially could be. It runs just fine on a single CPU.

Frankly, whoever gave you that advice, I would ignore in these matters from here on in. They seem to have just enough knowledge to be dangerous.

Let's forget about that.

I think I may have solve it. We will have wait and see if there is any more clashes. My CPU wasnt using the all eight cores at before, but I did notice the temperture cool down a bit. System configuration (not in BIOS) allow me to makes changes.

I'm afraid it is not solve. It was aright on Sunday but the game stop working on Monday afternoon. I believe it has something do with DirectX Graphics Kernal because the file description points to it.

Well, as you know I don't agree. I think you have a hardware fault or a bug in a driver somewhere. Will you now go back and try what I suggested in post #17? I'll only take a few minutes to try those two files.

If that doesn't work out, I think you are in the territory of needed to do a full clean Windows re-install - which will help address either your or my theories about your problem (unless it's hardware). The only alternative to that is to take a full memory dump and submit it to MS or other applicable experts fro analysis. Here's MS's article on that process.
