You could remove install upgrades. Which (I think) would cause it to not be activated.

Admiral Chooses:
-1 Fuel. The Admiral chooses another player to gain 1 Miracle Token.
OR
Roll a die. On a 4 or less, -1 Fuel.
POST CRISIS: Activate Raiders, +1 Jump Prep
Miracle tokes are nice though.
Daybreak Rules said:A player can have only one miracle token at any time. If a player is instructed to gain a miracle token, he can do so only if he does not currently have one.
As for blind jumping .. it would mean we'd hit the sleeper phase immediately. Didn't we want to activate the demetrius bridge first?

The chance of us getting the remaining distance 2 mission is very low (and it would trigger the sleeper phase anyway). We might do some damage to the Cylons though.
We do have both options available now but it is hard to predict which will be better.

Personally I say demetrius bridge, simply because the blind jump is still awesome even after we jump. I'm just not sure we have the cards for it after what happened with the previous crisis.
