Kind of off, but it worked out in the end.

I wanted to activate the office twice, drawing 1 quorum card, and then for the second office action (for both activations) I was going to choose to draw or play.

So basically playing this implies an enforced turn order.

The problem is though is normally crisis skill checks will not have turn order enforced on them. I think the best way to handle this is to allow King to see the cards when it is put in when he request to use that card and leave it at that (so King could in theory play after TNT in such a case even though it won't have been had turn order been enforced).

The main logic is this:
1. You don't want to force people to enforce turn order un-necessarily, because it slows the game down.
2: Enforcing turn order will do nothing if TNT decides to put in zero cards.
3: When turn order is not enforced, there is nothing stopping a hidden cylon to play last by just waiting everyone to play their cards and spike massively, of course it would be against the spirit of the game if you are not officially the current player, but it is a trade-off we make to speed the game up by not enforcing turn order for each crisis and I think it should be applied the same here.

I would use theoretical turn order. If he would play after me, Kinge gets to look immediately and potentially change his own play. If he wouldn't, he simply would get a PM after crisis resolution.

I would use theoretical turn order. If he would play after me, Kinge gets to look immediately and potentially change his own play. If he wouldn't, he simply would get a PM after crisis resolution.

I agree with this method, it seems like the most fair.

I was more thinking along the lines of we finish the skill check, it's revealed that someone spiked it and then can I decide to use it to find out if TNT spiked it?

Not implying anyone is a Cylon, but Adama and Tigh have almost identical draws, so if someone spikes with a ton of lea or tac, it's best to have this card on one of those 2.
