The correct time to shuffle it is when someone needs to draw a card from it and there is no cards in it. If someone throws a G&I on it, the Destiny Deck should not be shuffled yet as you would not need to add the cards from it. Same thing is done with all the decks in the game.

Mind you, playing over the forum makes it hard to see that the deck is empty without keeping track of cards, so a heads up isn't a bad thing.

I normally wouldn't but some people still thought the DD had some cards left in it, due to an error on my part. I haven't actually drawn the cards yet, I just know that there's nothing left in it.

I don't expect Jopi to throw in 0 cards, unless there was a last minute change of plans. When I realized that you could only throw in 1 or 0 cards, I looked at what I had in my hand and realized that if we wanted to pass this and not fail it. I had an extremely clear play of 3 cards, that did not change depending on you throwing in 0 or 1 cards.

Just played a very strange game of BSG. We were going to Ionian Nebula and two strange things happened. Someone draw 2 trauma token because of an ally and she draw 2 disaster token, talk about being very dead. The other strange thing was we played using the conflicted loyalty option and the last undrawn loyalty card was a you are a cylon card. In some way that really unbalanced the game since it was a 6 player game and turned it into a 5 vs 1 (we played with cylon leader and he have "guide them to destiny" agenda, so he is pro-human). Is there any way to avoid this problem beside not adding an extra loyalty card into the deck as recommended?

Yes, if you are a cylon, aim to execute known humans. That gets more Loyalty card flow, meaning that you don't have to worry about that as much. Ideally you should reveal by airlocking someone that you know is human and can singlehandly do. Or shoot someone.

The next thing to do is to draw the game out. Player a better crisis for the humans that does not have jump prep is better then giving them jump prep. It almost impossible to stay alive for humans forever, they will die to crisis sooner or later. I have seen a table of 6 human all lose presleeper phase, because there was literally nothing they could do to stop it. No cylon, just bad crisis and bad dice rolls. We lost pegasis to one round of raiders shooting at us. We had not blown them up and removed all the civilians thinking that 8 raiders can't hit us 8 times. I have never seen so many 8 rolled in a row in my life.

It's been over 24 hours since it's been Jopi's turn to play, I may have to autoresolve him to 0 cards.

If he is autoresolved to 0 cards, then my play will also change to 0 cards. My play was made with the intent that he was playing cards and we are on turn order, so I would know how many he would play. This is also a Holiday Weekend, so he must just be busy.
