Okay, I am highly suspicious of Mnoracle right now. He hasn't sought any consensus for his decisions at all, and launching vipers into Foxtrot was an especially useless move. I can see why he would seize the presidency as a human, but it's still a suspect move.
I recommend that we check his loyalty immediately - certainly with enough time to brig him before the first jump. If no "check the Admiral or President" crisis cards come up, then having Baltar pop his Cylon Detector ability may be our best bet.

XO on the president in the early game would be good to farm speeches, but given the Presadmiral's current suspicion level..

Right now I'd probably go with scouting the destination deck, looking for a good 3-distance card. Meanwhile, the pradmiral can pipe in on whether his loyalty cards are safe to check or not.
Nah its quite wise move to check loyalty of the highest ranked officer. So i don't mind.

Vipers can only hit basestars on an 8, so using them for that purpose is quite ineffective. Using Weapons Control would have been a much better move there. Are you familiar with the combat table?

If you are in a viper, Activate an unmanned viper then take another action.
Indeed but raiders would be stuck at alpha while vipers are there, with CAG it should be fairly easy to do. So it will stop raiders and provide a chance to hurt baseship. With 2 vipers vs 3 raiders i believe it would be an easy win for colonies.
Having unmanned vipers pick a fight with raiders is rarely worth it - they're fragile and it takes too many actions to activate them. It's a lot better to let the raiders go clockwise around the starboard side of Galactica, buying us time before we have to deal with them.
I'd suggest using the CAG action to move the Echo viper to Delta, so that later it could escort one of the civilians.
I don't think that using Baltar's OPG to check the admiral's loyalty now is a wise move. I'd rather do that after the sleeper phase when it becomes critical to know his allegiance thanks to NC. Having said that, I wouldn't oppose any move to strip one of the titles from him.

An XO on the presadmiral, aside from slightly risky, is more efficiënt if he's actually in the president's office.
And an XO on baltar is silly - it's his turn next.
