King, you know if I am a Cylon it would make perfect sense for me to spike this skill check right? Since TheArchduke would see the destiny deck and could work out whether I spiked previous skill checks, yet I didn't spike it.

Falc - I will defer to EL for this since I haven't played for a while, but I thought you can't reveal what you contributed towards the skill check? By saying what I could have played + the 2 DD cards means you indirectly said what you put into this skill check.

I know you didn't spike it, you don't play tac. Or tre or pil for that matter.

I was trying to see if I could lure out a lazy Cylon by giving him an easy target to place blame on by saying the DD is different. Of course, not that Archduke is one, just that it was a decent opportunity.

I was trying to suggest that you not say anything - without actually saying it myself. Which is harder than you'd think without giving it away.

You are not allowed to confirm what you played, but you can guess and say that someone else played another card into the skill test. It is perfectly fine to say that card must have come from that player, and they can deny it. Confirming they played it is a more of a grey area as that moves closer to saying what they played, but so long as you don't do it on many skill checks, I don't see any issue with it, since the only reason you should be accusing a player of playing a certain card is to try and figure out what side they are on.

The person could be lying in reply after all, and the DD could have thrown in the card your accusing them of playing.

The occasional guessing and pointing out what someone played into skill check is fine. Start doing it on every skill check and I say you can't do it any more.

Note for players, since I don't have a good way to shuffle the entire Crisis deck without starting a new game, what I am going to do is randomly place the crisis card (Attack 33) and the bottom crisis card into the Crisis deck by the use of Random.org. Discarded crisises are not shuffled in unless we run out of crisis, so that should be as good as shuffling the entire crisis deck as those are all the cards that have been seen by players.

Waiting for Archduke for his thoughts on the DD, given my turn is coming up shortly I would be happy to get it to a pass with the help of DD so we can get a few more cards, 6 strength for 5 Human cards are worth it.
