Maybe yes, maybe no.

Apart from a big misplay this game by me, we were unlucky by quite a bit.

ghost played At Any Cost so the check is made reckless:

Code:
LEA/TAC/PIL/ENG/TRE = 24
Engineering-4 (Calculations)
Leadership-2 (Executive Order)
Leadership-2 (Major Victory)
Leadership-5 (Declare Emergency)
Tactics-4 (Critical Situation)
Tactics-5 (A Second Chance)
Treachery-0 (Bait)
Treachery-0 (Dradis Contact)
Treachery-0 (Dradis Contact)
Treachery-3 (A Better Machine)
Treachery-3 (Personal Vices)

28 - 0 = 28 PASS!

Dradis Contact places 2 raiders in Alpha, while Bait cannot put any more civvies on the board. A Better Machine shuffels 2 TRE into the DD and thanks to Personal Vices all humans gain 1 TRE (TRE deck is reshufelled again).

The top card of the TRE deck is Treachery-3 (Personal Vices), so no further ill effects for the recklessness.

So, Launch Nukes makes the Cylon Fleet jump in and each Basestar immediately launches 3 Raiders (in reality only 5 total since we have run out of components).

EL - any suggestions on what I should do? I can do more mischief here but I am not sure how useful it is, we already forced them to sit in the Brig for a while and prolonging it doesn't feel too helpful.

Most importantly, I don't have PP and they can execute me with a simple Q card.

Leaning towards revealing at this point. It is a waste of my hand but same thing happens if I get executed.

I rather you stick around and use your OPG in the event they jump. The average fuel cost of a destination is 2 fuel, and with your OPG, they would be down to just 1 fuel. There is a civilian ship with fuel in it about.

By sticking around, they have to either execute you before they jump or will take an additional -1 fuel on the jump. If they don't jump on Dexander's action, some ships will get to activate. So they are going to jump on his turn letting you make use of that -1 fuel on them.

I don't know what the Mutiny card you have in hand is, but you can play that, and just keep making tests reckless as you can.

If nothing else, just try and escape. They either have to waste cards letting you out, or you might mange to GET out.

If you have a scout in hand, making sure they got a pair of bad destinations would be awesome.

In fact, I would rate it something like this for what I like you to do.

Scout Destination and Attempt to escape brig if you got a Critical Situlation in hand.

Scout Destination
Attempt to escape brig
Play Mutiny card.
Whatever else you think might hurt them.

So, I am preping the files for Season 30, and I am thinking a nice simple trip to New Caprica is in order. I am thinking about basically leaving everything in Daybreak off, but what do you guys think? Daybreak does contain rules for a New Caprica trip.

Also @Trinitrotoluen, if you could send me a PM with the current version of Deck Manager you are using for Daybreak, that would make things easier on me.

Well, If I am going to have new players, I think I should leave Daybreak stuff off and just do a nice and simple New Caprica game. It a bit more complex then a very simple Kobel game, but it also easier for both new humans and Cylons. New ways for humans to deal with Cylons and new ways for Cylons to hurt humans. I get the new game up tomorrow some time.

I also specify a bias to new players, and put a hard limit of 5 players in that game. That is when the game is the most balanced and makes things a bit easier on new players. Turns move quicker, and you can afford a slightly less then ideal play, compared to a 7th player game where each action you do needs to be very useful for your real side.

If you're going to run a hard cap of 5, I can do a second at the same time. Assuming we have enough players.

We see how much interest we get, I am aiming for newer players in mind, and as the rules here are, so long as the games are sufficiently different, we can run a few at the same time. Although I doubt we have enough GMs and unique people interested to run 4 games at the same time, with the four different destinations that is how many we can currently run under the rules.

Same here, I would love to play another game, I still need to learn a bit about the new expansions.

I actually enjoy Daybreak though. I heard the Ionian Nebula sucks, New Capricia is so-so, no?
