Nope, but you'd need to have your game registered now to see and access any VicII subforums.

The tech sup subforum here is not really supported anymore though
and you'd be better off submitting support requests at support directly:

They'd probably need more than "brutal lag" as information to have any idea on what's causing it on your system .

Your best bet is to register your game or connect your Steam account and sync your owned items, depending on how you purchased your game, to gain access to the tech support and bug forums to see if anything looks similar to what you're seeing.
