yes I’ve seen your band of brothAARs(great by the way) after reading it I decided to do my own based of your mod WIF, I am using the platinum version for Armageddon,
I am a little confused to witch mod you used for your aar was it WIF OR mod 33

When i started it i planed to use mod 33 but i actually used WiF.

Not sure depends how the games going, for difficult settings I am going to use challenge/furious, i ve seen that after pearl harbour you get an event to choose japans aggressiveness and I went with furious. Dam man the owned the pacific, so i will see how things go

As this is my first AAR I am going to stick as close to history as possible if the game goes that way, i.e. D-day on 6th of June etc. I am going to keep an update of all the events and missions that I do and add a few real life accounts from the veterans themselves to add a little spice rather than making everything up. As for objectives well relive World War Two and hopefully at the end I will be victorious but we will have to wait and see, my aims are to build my industry in the beginning and focus on military matters later when there needed alto I need to start building my navy earlier as the building time is considerably higher than the vanilla game and this will play a big part with my war against Japan, hope you all enjoy

P.S. If anybody is looking for an more historical mod get world in flames it’s the best mod i ve played so far and you will see the difference as my story goes on

Yes ! Nice quotes are not very easy to fine though, i picked those from the movie, you can also use them !

I found a good website with a lot of stories on but you can’t copy and paste which is a shame it means ill have to copy it all down which will take me ages :wacko: but it will make this aar that little bit better

Try not to spend to much on IC's, each one is taking you 3mp and the manpower will be the issue in Platinum, for the US. And good luck if you will take the furious Japan AI beast!

thanks for your advice, on another game I played using wif plat, I took the Japanese furious event which ended with them owning the pacific they even took Australia, so I won’t be this time as iam trying to stay as close to history as possible. Though if anyone is looking for a challenging game as USA I suggest you give it a try.
