Fantastic game all of you have made, I'm really enjoying it
One minor thing I have experienced in my save is a bugged questline called Church of Light. Please note that this save was created during the Vanilla game, and since the creation there have been two patches applied.
During the questline I found the cultists in the system I was guided to. Unfortunately my fleet was not strong enough at the time, and so I made a quick advancement in the opposite direction.
Later, returning to have a reckoning with the blasted cultists, I found that another empire had already dealt with them, and I was unable to complete the mission. I have since pursuaded this empire to hand the system over, but still no advancement in the questline, and I am currently stuck.
Pre-order DLC installed, but no mods, and I do not know if the bug can be reproduced, but I would expect the same outcome would show, if the above happened in another game.

So sum up, a minor bug occured, not gamebreaking (to my knowledge) and I still enjoy the game
