Recently (potentially since the most recent patch update but I can't remember), I try to start a new game, and then the workmen won't build anything. I'll put down foundations, and the workers will mill about doing nothing. If I buy an object, delivery trucks don't come and deliver it. Even with no mods and multiple fresh saves, this happens with every new game. The game is unplayable like this, and I can't figure out why this is happening.
