British Victory Points

Hey All,

I am playing as Italy, and I have conquered essentially everything controlled by Britain in the Eastern Hemisphere: England/Wales/Scotland, its African Colonies, India, Malta, Cyprus, and the one Pacific Island that has a VP. Spain has Gibraltar, and a few African colonies.

Anyway, even after this, I can't annex the UK, even after I remembered the VP they had in South America. Is there another one hiding somewhere?

From the top of my mind, I can't remember any other special place where they may have VPs. Maybe Hong Kong or Singapore.
Anyway, from the ledge it should be possible to see how many VPs they have left, even if not where they are located.

I forgot about Honk Kong...but Japan or their Chinese puppet controls it.

You didn't stipulate Belfast in your OP. It's just a script flaw. Germany gets an event on Britain's conquest but, no other belligerent does. Kudos for exceeding Hadrian though.
